Dear F.C.I. Customer. This letter is to certify that all feed products produced at our Vergennes VT, Middlebury VT, Newport VT, Bernardston MA, Detroit ME, and Malone NY manufacturing facilities are in full compliance with the United States FDA regulation 21 CFR 589.2000 and all of its amendments. This regulation prohibits the use of prohibited ruminant protein products, including meat & bone meal, or gelatin in the manufacturing of feed that will be consumed by ruminants. No prohibited ruminant protein products are permitted at F.C.I.'s manufacturing facilities. All ingredient suppliers are required to certify that product shipped into any of Feed Commodities International Inc.’s manufacturing locations is shipped directly from manufacturing facilities who are also in compliance of FDA regulation 21 CFR 589.2000. Feed Commodities International Inc. does not handle or store in bags or bulk any product for any customer that is not in full compliance with FDA regulation 21 CFR 589.2000.
