Seth began his career with FCI in 2007, after receiving a degree in Dairy Farm Management from Vermont Technical College, and a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Vermont, including a semester at the W.H Miner Institute. Seth gained a passion for the dairy industry while working on local dairy farms as a youngster. His passion grew into a successful career, and he is now considered to be one of the premier dairy consultants in Northern New England and New York. Seth is a skilled nutritionist and a valued member of the dairy farm community and FCI Team.
David Daigneault

David began his career as a dairy consultant in 1985. He has a degree in animal science from Vermont Technical College. Whitney Hull
Technical Sales Support Rep
Whitney began her career as an FCI dairy consultant in 2014, after working for several years as an AI technician. Whitney has a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and animal science from the Ohio State University. She is a skilled reproductive expert, and has a high degree of competency in analyzing records from multiple software applications, including: PC Dart, Dairy Comp 305, and Lely Robot software. Her skill set, merged with dairy nutrition, bring a high degree of value to her producers and FCI.

Rob has worked at FCI since 1996, and previously served as our operations manager. Currently, he oversees our Middlebury mill, ensuring that the mill operates smoothly and efficiently.

Jeremy Stachowicz

Jeremy joined the FCI team in 2016 after a 20 year career in the Turf industry. He has a bachelor’s degree from Jonson State College. He spent the majority of his youth working on a small dairy in Massachusetts. He works out of the Bernardston mill where he covers Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Southern Vermont and New Hampshire. Jeremy resides in Worthington, Ma with his wife Elizabeth and their dog Cooper. In their free time they enjoy visiting national parks, playing golf and coaching high school basketball.
Glen Staebner
Technical Consultant
Glen Staebner was hired as Dairy Consultant\Technical Support\Nutritionist at FCI in September 2019. His experience includes working at Valley AG Software and Dairy One providing Dairy Comp 305 technical support, training, in depth farm data analysis, and dairy management consulting for progressive dairies around the world. Integrating cutting edge dairy technologies and data analysis to help guide dairies with improved rations, herd management practices and profitability has been a passion that Glen practiced as herdsman on the home dairy in CT, and on the large NC dairy he managed for many years. Glen is based in Bozrah, CT serving the Bernardston MA area and travels throughout the Northeast helping the FCI team with technical dairy consulting.

Al Fortin
Consultant
Al is a consulting dairy nutritionist for Feed Commodities International LLC. He has been involved with direct dairy consulting and sales from the Detroit Maine location since his graduation form the University of Maine in Orono with a BS in Sustainable Agriculture. In his 20 plus year career he has been involved with nutrient management planning, crop consulting, and whole farm nutrient planning, and currently he is focused on providing constative dairy nutrition services to the dairy industry. Al has held a Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification and he is currently recognized by the American Registry of Professional Animal Scientists as a Professional Animal Scientist (PAS) by the with a Certified Feed Management Planner endorsement. Al is the 3rd generation of his family to have been involved with dairy farming; growing up on the family dairy farm in Benton Maine.

David has a B.S in Agricultural Engineering / Mechanization from the University of Maine at Orono. Since then, David has worked in agricultural equipment and product sales and management, and joined the FCI team in June of 2015 as the Detroit mill and retail store manager.
